Scott Ross attended Central Michigan University and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resources. Scott has worked in the Long Term Care profession since 1988 in a variety of settings including private ownership, multi-facility management and managing not-for-profit organizations. Scott has been actively involved for over 15 years in long term care association governance, including serving two years as President of the Health Care Association of Michigan. Scott has served as a board member for LeadingAge Wisconsin including serving on the Executive Committee as Vice Chair of Public Policy.
Scott Ross has served as the Executive Director of Woodside Senior Communities in Green Bay, WI since 2011. Scott states “I am thankful to be part of an organization in which the team has such a genuine passion to serve our residents and families in such a warm and caring manner.”
Scott resides in Green Bay, with his Wife Tammy and Son Zachary.
Human Resources Director
Polly Gretzinger attended the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration. She also earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Polly began her career in Human Resources in 2001 working in telecommunications, insurance, and manufacturing organizations. Since 2004, all of her experience has been in healthcare and non-profit organizations. She is involved in the Green Bay Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Organization and LeadingAge. Polly also earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional). She genuinely believes that our employees are our internal customers and finds it rewarding to work with employees who choose to devote their lives to such a selfless profession.
Polly was born and raised in Northeast Wisconsin and resides in De Pere with her husband Josh and her children, Jack and Evelyn.
Administrator, Woodside Lutheran Home
Meghan Mehlberg attended University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis in Health Care Administration. Meghan has worked as an Administrator in long term care since her graduation, operating for-profit and not-for-profit skilled nursing and rehab facilities throughout Wisconsin. Meghan is active in the American College of Health Care Administrators, LeadingAge Wisconsin as well as the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Organization.
Meghan has served as Administrator of Woodside Lutheran Home since January of 2015. Born in raised in Green Bay, Meghan is happy to be back living in her hometown and working for an organization that truly cares about making our community a better place for all that live, work and stay at Woodside. She currently resides in Green Bay with her husband Bryan.
Director of Nursing Services, Woodside Lutheran Home
Sarah Villers attended Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and received her Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Sarah is also Wound Care Certified and completed a Long-Term Care leadership course for her DON-CT credentialing. She has had 5 years of nurse management experience with for-profit and non-for-profit facilities. She also has 10 + years of nursing experience working in both long-term and rehab care. Sarah is an active member in the Wisconsin Director of Nursing Council.
Sarah has served as Director of Nursing for Woodside Lutheran Home since September of 2016. She is extremely excited to be working for an organization that has such a great impact on our community and a place that shows so much compassion for all employees.
Sarah resides in Algoma with her daughter Skylar.
Administrator, Woodside Manor
Jessica Atkinson attended Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and received her Associate’s Degree in Applied Science. Prior to working as the Administrator at Woodside Manor, Jessica served as Therapy Director for seven years. She is proud to be able to work at Woodside and be a part of such a great community. Jessica is an active member of the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Organization and LeadingAge.
Jessica grew up in Ashwaubenon and Woodside has always had a special place in Jessica’s heart. She still currently lives in Ashwaubenon with her husband Chris and two children, Olive and Lincoln.
Housing Director, Woodside Oaks
Connie Fritsch joined the Woodside Team in 2003 as an Administrative Assistant and in 2013, was promoted to Housing Manager.
Connie is committed to help seniors make a smooth transition to community-living. She develops a personal connection with each tenant with an emphasis on ensuring they have a safe, secure and social environment to call “Home”. She is blessed to have an opportunity to work in a faith-based, non-profit organization with seniors who have become her extended family.
Connie resides in Wrightstown with her husband Dan, devoting free time to her family and community. She enjoys every moment spent with her four grandchildren exploring new options.
