Employee of the Month Spotlight

Congratulations to November Employee of the Month, Jacob!

Jacob has worked at Woodside for about four years and is an invaluable member of our team! He mainly works in our dietary department and his cooking and baking talents are featured at many of our annual events such as the Annual Delegate Meeting and last night’s Remembrance Ceremony.

He was nominated by two managers who said “Jacob takes such pride in his work and can really see the big picture. We value how he has helped the dietary department and made sure new employees are being properly trained. He also helped the wellness department to cover another employee’s leave of absence and led a team of his friends to volunteer many hours of landscaping our campus this past summer. Jacob cares so much about the quality of his work but it is obvious he cares even more about our residents! He is always joking and talking with them. We are grateful that Jacob is still working at Woodside even as he entered college. We are amazed at his ability to jump into so many different situations and excel.”
Thank you Jacob for everything you do!
