Executive Director of Campus Living

Jessica Atkinson has more than 10 years of leadership experience in long term care in a variety of roles and settings.  She has worked on multiple strategic planning and building projects for Woodside.  Jessica is very passionate about planning for the future of long-term care to ensure the challenges being faced can be overcome to guarantee quality healthcare for future generations.  That passion includes a heavy focus on leadership and team development.  Jessica is an active member of LeadingAge and attends local and national conferences, keeping our facility at the forefront of change in healthcare.  She also serves on committees for the Village of Ashwaubenon and for other nonprofit fundraisers.

Jessica was born and raised in Ashwaubenon where she currently lives with her husband, Chris, and two children, Olive and Lincoln.

Polly Gretzinger

Executive Director of Campus Operations

Polly Gretzinger attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh to earn her Master of Business Administration Degree and prior to that, attended the University of Wisconsin Green Bay to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree.

Polly began her career by working in the human resources field in various telecommunications, insurance, and manufacturing organizations in the Northeast Wisconsin area.  Since 2004, she worked exclusively in healthcare and religious non-profit organizations before joining Woodside in 2012.  She is involved in the Green Bay Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and LeadingAge and also holds her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional).  She finds it rewarding to work with employees who choose to devote their lives to such a selfless profession.

Polly was born and raised in Northeast Wisconsin and resides in De Pere with her husband, Josh, and her children, Jack and Evelyn.

Woodside Lutheran Home Administrator

Lisa Gervais joined Woodside in August 2023.  Lisa attended UW Green Bay and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and holds a current Nursing Home Administrators license.  Lisa started her career in long term care as a CNA.  She has also held RN positions, Educator roles as well as a Director of Nursing role prior to becoming an Administrator with most of her career being in long term care.  She is a current, active member of LeadingAge WI and the WI Director of Nursing Council.  Lisa is excited to be part of this amazing team at Woodside and eager to help carry out the Mission, Vison and Values.

Lisa is from the Merrill area where she resides with her husband Dave.  She has 5 adult children and 8 grandchildren.

Gina Peeters

Director of Finance

Gina Peeters joined Woodside in October 2023.  Gina attended Lakeland University to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.  Prior to working as Director of Finance, Gina had 18 years of experience working in accounting, with eight years at a non-profit senior living community in Neenah.  She is excited to be a part of Woodside’s mission and the community.  Having a meaningful and purpose-filled job in healthcare, non-profits, and accounting has always been the most rewarding for Gina throughout her career.

Gina was born and raised in Northeast Wisconsin and resides in Appleton with her husband, Kevin, and her son, Luke.
